Rebuild finished 2003.
Strengthened and braced SEi chassis with removable bars to improve handling and to help with maintenance. Upgraded, diff and gearbox mounts. Reynard Alloy floor mounted pedals with bias adjuster. AP hydraulic clutch and master cylinder. RAC Roll bar.
Vauxhall 2 litre XE fully stripped and rebuilt in 2002, with all new internal parts. Ground crank, ARP rod bolts, QED cams, Group A ported CoCast head, Jenvey 48mm tapered throttle bodies, DTA ECU. Dry sumped. Custom Haywood and Scott polished fully stainless steel exhaust system. Baffled alloy fuel tank.
Silicon water hoses, Mocal remote filter, SBD parts include, (dry sump system, coil, clutch, light weight small alternator, vernier cams, lightweight flywheel, clutch, cover plate, alloy inlet manifold, alloy pulley.
Cat 1 immobilizer. Plays-Kools light weight wiring loom, custom made, dry seal battery. 210BHP, more if wanted with a cam swap, 500kg.
Quaife 5 Speed Phil Jones clubman straight cut gearbox done 2000 miles since new. Westfield alloy cased LSD, Tran-x internals 3.92.
Fluke Motorsport carbon-fibre high-back seats, Willans 6 point aircraft harnesses, 3" driver 2" passenger, Fluke carbon-fibre floor, tunnel, bulkhead ends, dummy floor, shelf, dash. Momo 260mm quick release wheel, Stack data display unit, with logging, with lots of extras, hydraulic hand brake. Wilwood alloy 4 pots Front, Wilwood alloy 2 pot rear running Pagid pads. Twin master cylinder, bias bar. Vented disks front, Fluke light weight drilled rears. All hoses braded. Quick rack, Carbon semi-floor to protect engine bay. Alloy avo front shocks, Spax rear
Pre-preg Carbon Fibre Bodywork, tub, nose, bonnet, scuttle. Aero screen &/or Windscreen. Full weather gear, roof (fits over roll bar), side screens and tonneau cover. Compomotive 15" alloys.
The car was built as a fast road car, so it is not rose-joined, everything is on (CAT Motosport) rubbers. This is a 100% true straight and genuine car.
