Car Craft 2005

  • Venue - Bingley Hall, Stafford County Showground, Stafford, ST18 0BD
  • Date - 12th/13th March 2005

  • Details - This is one of the main 4 exhibitions this year and if last year was anything to go by, it will be another successful one.
    Most of the big Manufactures names will be there including plenty of Trade stands.
    As ever, if you book ahead, you may save up to £1.50 on ticket prices (based on last year) so check out the website above.

The European Kit and Car Builders Show

  • Venue - Kent County Show Ground, Detling, Kent, ME14 3JF
  • Date - 2nd/3rd April 2005

  • Details - One of the longest running Kitcar show being held in Detling, Kent now has a new indoor hall with around 3,500 square metres and glass walls, you can't go wrong. 
    With over 50 display stands and plenty manufacturers, it promises to be a great show, see you there.

National Kitcar Show

  • Venue - Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2LZ
  • Date - 1st/2nd May 2005

  • Details - The first of the two Biggies, Stoneleigh is one of main events of the year.  Always an immense turnout by Westfield owners and rightly so. If you go to any show this year, this must be the one.
    Weather should be good as it's held on a Bank holiday weekend.

The National Kitcar Festival

  • Venue - Newark & Notts Show Ground, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 2NY
  • Date - 18th/19th June 2005

  • Details - This certainly looks to be one of the more exiting shows of the year.  With Robots, Auto-jumble, Live music, Miss Kitcar and even some Manufactures & Trade stands, something for all the family.

Great Northern Kit Car Show

  • Venue - Yorkshire Event Centre, Harrogate, Yorkshire, HG2 8PW
  • Date - 13th/14th August 2005

  • Details - This year will be the 3rd Great Northern Kitcar Show.  Last year there were 40 Trade stands, 30 Manufactures, 35 clubs and over 400 private cars displayed.  2005 should be even better.
    Held at the Yorkshire Event Centre in Harrogate, it's claimed to be the best show in the North.
    Westfield hope to have as many as 100 cars on each day so this is not to be missed.

The National Kit & Performance Car Show

  • Venue - Donington Park, Castle Donington, Derbyshire, DE74 2RP
  • Date - 15th/16th October 2005

  • Details - Apart from Stoneleigh, this has got to be one of the biggest shows of the year.
    It is unique though as you are able to use the track on one of the days (Saturday last year) so it's a great opportunity to test out your car on a proper race track.
    Not as many stands as Stoneleigh but a big crowd of Westfield's usually attend and Camping is available.

The Great Western Kitcar Show

  • Venue - Westpoint Arena, Exeter, EX5 1DJ
  • Date - 19th/20th November 2005

  • Details - The last show on the calendar is at Exeter. Held in the Fabulous Westpoint Arena and with almost 60 manufactures showing last year, this is definitely a show not to be missed.
    The Arena is modern and very well light which shows off the cars to their best.
